I have always been captivated by the evolution of businesses - whether early stage or growth, start-up or established - their capital requirements and how they assess their ever-changing needs on an operational, financial and human capital basis.
Within VÖR I work with founders and founding teams to plan and structure the organisation and then develop operations for high-growth and scale. I also help organisations and founders design and structure a data platform that allows their business to perform more effectively, thus enabling founders to focus on the day-to-day management and operations. Additionally, I help businesses actively implement the operational changes recommended by VÖR efficiently and seamlessly whether in finance, HR or operations.
I have over 15 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, family offices and more recently as an entrepreneur. This career path, coupled with an MBA from London Business School, gives me both insight and practical experience of developing successful business strategies, and structuring finance and operations to support business growth for both new ventures and established organisations.
